The ETSS Healthy Transitions (HT) Program supports students grades 6-8 in their transition to high school.

Services include academic tutoring, prevention education, assistance with high school planning, post- secondary and career exploration. We employ community partners that conduct monthly workshops for students regarding building healthy relationships, internet safety, vaping prevention, anti-bullying prevention, and others. Students engage in workshops, classes, and individualized plans. We provide a comprehensive approach for students to become well-rounded individuals and prepare for their futures through field trips to colleges and universities throughout Central Ohio.

To supply students with holistic programming, we provide a wide array of developmental activities. We equip students with cultural curriculum, activity-specific assessments, writing, and presentations. Students also partake in cultural events to celebrate their diverse heritages. We also promote physical health by ensuring daily participation in recess and club activities. Furthermore, we provide nutritious meals and snacks from the 5 food groups. We also implement a health and wellness curriculum emphasizing physical activity and nutritional education. Our coaches will support students through evidence-based strategies and execute programming.
