Achieve More and Prosper (A.M.P.) is a year-round career and work-readiness program that provides job skills and work experience.
A.M.P. program helps youth age 16-18 to build a customized plan for their future, while addressing their current challenges.
The program connects youth with services and assistance to help to gain skills, employment, or the knowledge they need to get to their next level of their plan.
The program provides year-round coaching services, paid and unpaid work experience assignments and different workshops focusing on career goals, job readiness and college prep.
